Fine Glass Sculpture
Through the Glass, Looking
Mixed media; cast glass, copper, wood, plate glass - 20" x 30". This piece was judged "Best Glass in Show" at it's last showing in a Santa Monica art show. This piece depicts four beetles, historically thought to represent longevity and luck, looking through a "window". I intend this piece to sit by a window to show the translucence of parts of the beetles and to bring luck to the house in which it resides.
