Blue Mask
This Blue Mask was created in response to a visit to South Africa. I was inspired by the people I met who were living in mud huts in villages with no running water, no electricity or any of the comforts that we all take for granted. They do art. They do it with whatever is around them. This mask is made of recycled glass, dried grasses and copper sheet and pipe manipulated to suit the sculpture. The dimensions are 24" tall and 8" wide.
